Graduated in 1997 with a 3.7 GPA and Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communications. I was also chosen to be the Communication Department's Class Agent.

Concord was a great experience for me. I was able to belong and spread me wings and stand out. My time spent with the Concordian altered my life. Helping move it from a folded newsletter to a fully paginated tabloid proved to me I could accomplish anything.

My first two years of college could no have been better spent than at WVSC. I worked 30-35 hours a week at either the grocery store or the mall.  I kept up a 3.7 GPA, and found several of my truest loves.

My first college class was Film Appreciation, and my last class as WVSC was Screenwriting. Along the way,  I earned an internship at the state legislature, tutored math, traveled to Hollywood to appear on BET's Campus All-Star Challenge, and fell a few credits short of an Associate's degree in English.

Despite missing most of my junior year with a brain tumor that took my hearing in my right ear, I graduated 17th in a class of 162 with a 3.7 GPA, taking  A.P. English, Calculus, Spanish I-III, Business Law and Accounting.

I was elected to the National Honor Society and Student Council, where I helped organize a very successful toy drive. I was very active extracurriculurly running the scoreboard and P.A. system for basketball games, playing baseball, and captaining the Hi-Q team.  Go Dots!
